Dates or vehicle can be changed subject to availability. Cancellation terms are set out in your confirmation and in our rental terms.

No security deposit is paid to us when you book. When the car is handed over, a guarantee is requested on site — a card hold with no debit, or a deposit returned when you bring the car back. You get it back in full on return. No guarantee is asked for stays or experiences.

Yes, at any hour and at no extra cost, at the airport and anywhere in Marrakech. Give us your flight number: we track it, so a delay is not a problem.

Insurance, 24/7 assistance, 250 km per day and delivery in Marrakech and at the airport. Fuel is yours to cover: return the car with the same level as at pick-up.

A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. Licences from most countries are accepted in Morocco for a tourist stay; an international permit is advisable if yours is not in Latin script.

Yes, mention it in the form: additional driver, baby seat or booster are prepared before delivery.

Because a catalogue shows places that are not free on your dates. You give us dates, guests and budget; we send only what is genuinely available, with photos and a firm price.

By default yes: your group, your driver, your schedule. If you would rather join a shared departure, say so in the form.

You choose a transfer, an evening or a full day. The driver waits at the address given; fuel, tolls and parking are included in the quoted price.

Nothing with your request. Once you agree the price, a 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is paid on site, at key handover or when the activity starts.
