The questions

How does a booking work?
You fill in the form for the service you want: two minutes, no payment. We check real availability and send you a firm price by email and on WhatsApp, usually within 1 h. A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid on site.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices on the site are “from” rates: they vary with season and length of stay. The price we send after your request is firm. Once quoted, it does not move.
Is a security deposit required?
No security deposit is paid to us when you book. When the car is handed over, a guarantee is requested on site — a card hold with no debit, or a deposit returned when you bring the car back. You get it back in full on return. No guarantee is asked for stays or experiences.
Do you deliver to the airport, even at night?
Yes, at any hour and at no extra cost, at the airport and anywhere in Marrakech. Give us your flight number: we track it, so a delay is not a problem.
How do I reach you during my stay?

Do I need to have held my licence for long?
You need to be of age with a valid licence. For Exception-range vehicles, a minimum licence age may be required: we tell you with the price.
