Why the quoted price is the final price

A very low headline rate means little if the bill grows when you collect the keys: insurance sold at the desk, a delivery fee, a night surcharge. We do the opposite. The site shows a “from” rate, starting at €25 a day, which varies with season and rental length. After your request you receive a firm price, and that is the one you pay.

That price includes:

• insurance;
• 24/7 assistance;
• 250 km per day;
• delivery in Marrakech or at the airport, at any hour, at no extra cost.

What it does not include, we say straight away: fuel, and a guarantee requested on site when the car is handed over (a card hold with no debit, or a deposit), which is returned to you when you bring the car back.

Which car to choose for Marrakech

For the city, a small car is enough. Around the medina the streets are narrow, parking spaces short and scooters everywhere: a Renault Clio V or a Peugeot 208, from €25 a day, slips through more easily than anything large. Both come with a manual or automatic gearbox. For two people with light luggage, the automatic Fiat 500 does the job very well.

For the Atlas, look at the SUVs. The roads to the Ourika valley and Imlil are paved, and a city car will get there. But with four people and suitcases, the climbs and hairpins are more comfortable in a Volkswagen T-Roc, from €45 a day: a higher driving position, room for 3 bags, automatic gearbox. There is no need for a big 4x4 unless you want one.

The daily 250 km easily cover a return trip to the Ourika valley or Imlil. If you are torn between two models, describe your plans in the form: we will tell you which one fits.

No bad surprises at return

At delivery we walk around the car with you and photograph it: bodywork, wheels, interior, fuel gauge and mileage. Take your own photos as well. At return everyone is looking at the same thing, and what was already there is not up for discussion.

For fuel, the rule fits on one line: the car comes back with the same level it left with, the one shown in the handover photos.

Payment always follows the same order: nothing with the request, a 30% deposit once you accept the price, the balance at key handover. The details are in our rental terms.
