Personal data

Privacy policy

What information we collect when you send us a request, what we do with it and how to exercise your rights.

Template to be reviewed. This text is a template: it must be reviewed, completed and approved by the business before publication. This notice will then be removed.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Drive Now Worldwide, [forme juridique], [n° RC / ICE], based in Marrakech, Morocco. For any question about your data: contact@wyprestige.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the information you give us yourself, through the request forms on the site or in the course of our exchanges:

  • your name and country of residence;
  • your email address and WhatsApp number;
  • the dates of your stay or rental;
  • the details of your request: the vehicle, property, experience or driver you want, number of guests, flight number, delivery location, special requests.

When a car rental is confirmed, the documents needed for the contract (driving licence, identity document) are requested by our team. No payment is made on the site and we collect no bank details on it.

3. How your request reaches us

When you submit a form, your request is sent to our team through WhatsApp. Depending on how the site is configured, a copy may also be passed to us by a form-processing service, which then acts on our behalf and solely to deliver your request. Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are also subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. Purposes

Your data is used to:

  • check availability and send you a priced proposal;
  • prepare, confirm and follow up your booking, then assist you during your stay;
  • draw up the contracts and documents linked to the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations;
  • answer your questions and handle any complaint.

This processing is based on your request and on the performance of the contract that follows from it, as well as on our legal obligations. We do not use your contact details for marketing without your agreement, and we neither sell nor rent your data.

5. Retention

Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for as long as it takes to handle them and follow up if needed, then deleted. Data linked to a booking is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations or needed to defend our rights. You may ask us at any time to delete data that no longer has to be kept.

6. Recipients

Your data is handled by our team. It is shared only with those who need it to deliver the service: for example the owner or manager of the property, the driver, the rental provider or the operator of the activity you booked, and only the information that is relevant. It may also be passed to the authorities where the law requires it.

Some of the tools we use (messaging, email, form service, hosting) are operated by companies based outside Morocco, so your data may be processed in other countries.

7. Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service: when a page is displayed, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google therefore receives your IP address and technical information about your browser. If a feature of the site remembers information, such as your language or a request you are still filling in, it stays in your browser and you can clear it from the browser settings.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access to your data, a right to have it corrected and a right to object on legitimate grounds. You may also refer a matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP), Morocco’s data protection authority.

If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also gives you, under the conditions it lays down, the right to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@wyprestige.com stating your request. We may ask you to prove your identity, and we reply as promptly as we can.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure: access limited to those who need it, protected accounts, identity documents kept only for as long as necessary. As no means of transmission is entirely secure, please never send us a bank card number by message or by email.

10. Contact and updates

For any question about this policy: contact@wyprestige.com. It may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to the regulations; the version published on this page is the one that applies. See also our legal notice.
