Why we have no catalogue

An online catalogue shows fine villas, many of which are already taken on your dates. You pick one, you are told it is not free, and the search starts again. We work the other way round: you give us your dates, the number of guests, your budget and what matters to you, and we send only what is genuinely available, with photos and a firm price.

Every property we propose has been visited by us. Our stays start at €90 a night; a villa with a private pool sits above that, depending on its size, the area and the season. The exact price comes with the proposal, usually within 1 h.

Choosing an area

In Marrakech, the address shapes the stay as much as the house does. Here is what to know, trade-offs included.

• The Palmeraie. Large plots, gardens, quiet and space around the pool. The trade-off: everything is done by car. No shops or restaurants within walking distance, and reaching the medina is a proper drive.
• Amelkis and the Ourika road. South-east of the city, villas close to the golf courses, with the Atlas as a backdrop on clear days. It is further out still: dinner in town means a night-time return, at the wheel or with a driver.
• Hivernage and Guéliz. Apartment territory: restaurants and shops on foot, parking, a secure entrance. Generally no private pool, and the bustle of the city at the foot of the building.
• The medina. The home of riads: patio, zellige and rooftop, a few minutes’ walk from the souks. Cars do not reach the door, the last metres are done on foot with the luggage, and pools are small: you cool off in them, you do not swim.

If you are unsure, tell us what comes first (quiet, a pool for the children, going out in the evening) and we steer the selection.

What is included

Cleaning and household linen are included with every stay. Depending on the property, house staff, breakfast and pool heating come on top. That last point matters in winter, when an unheated pool is too cold to swim in. If you are coming at that time of year, say so: we will only propose villas whose pool can be heated.

On request we arrange a private chef, shopping done before you arrive and transfers from the airport. A rental car or a van with a driver is booked through the same person.

Nothing is paid with the request. A 30% deposit confirms the booking once you accept the price, the balance is paid on site, and no guarantee is asked for stays.
