At Marrakech-Menara airport there is no counter to find and no queue to stand in. A member of our team waits at the terminal exit with the keys and the contract already prepared. We check your licence, walk around the car together, you sign, and you drive off.
Delivery happens at any hour, including for a flight that lands in the middle of the night, and at no extra cost: no delivery fee, no night surcharge. The rate is the same at 2 pm and at 2 am.
Your flight is tracked. Put the flight number in the form: we watch the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. A delay of one hour or three changes nothing, and you do not need to warn us from the departure lounge.
What the rate includes
Prices on the site are “from” rates, starting at €25 a day and varying with season and rental length. The price we send after your request, however, is firm. It includes:
- insurance on the vehicle;
- 24/7 assistance for the whole rental;
- 250 km per day;
- delivery at the airport or to an address in Marrakech.
Fuel is yours to cover: the car comes back with the same level it left with. At key handover a guarantee is requested on site, either a card hold with no debit or a deposit returned when you bring the car back. Baby seat, booster or additional driver: mention them in the form and they are prepared before you arrive.
As for payment, nothing is asked with the form. Once you accept the price, a 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid at key handover.
Returning the car at the airport
The return works like the arrival, in reverse. You give us your departure flight time, we agree a meeting time at the airport, and someone takes the car back on the spot. We walk around the vehicle together again, check the fuel gauge, and your guarantee is returned.
Two practical tips: top the fuel back up before you head to the airport, and leave a margin before check-in so the handback is not rushed.
Ending your stay in town with no further need for the car? We can collect it from your hotel or villa, then take you to your flight with a transfer with a driver.

Is there a surcharge for a night arrival?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing special. We track your flight using the number given in the form, and the person handing over the keys adjusts to the actual landing time.
Where do we meet on arrival?
At the terminal exit, once you have collected your luggage. We are reachable on WhatsApp 24/7: a message when you land is enough to find each other.
Which documents do I need to show?
A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. An international permit is advisable if yours is not in Latin script.
